A customer moved and didn't change her ez ship address. Her order went to the wrong address and she was very upset. I reached out to customer service and they sent out a replacement order right away and changed her address for the ez ship too. Emily O'Brien took care of all the details in record time and really impressed myself and my customer. Thank you so much!!!

I am still upset that I was not given a buy 1 get 1 free deal on the Chillax from the black Friday special. PawTree did not keep their end of the bargain.
