I was very pleased with all the items for my future puppy. The only thing of concern, was the box was 1/2 ripped open when I received it. A shipping issue but luckily, everything was still inside and fine.

An item was not packed in my order hence the 4 stars. But u immediately emailed customer service they got back to me and are sending out the missed item. That is five stars. Thank you.

Our pet thinks the food is wonderful however, so did a neighborhood cat that got into the box left on the porch and ate both bags of treats before we got home. I wish the delivery person would have chosen a better spot to leave our box.

This is my first time ordering via auto subscription. I’ve had UPS reschedule delivery twice now. Original delivery was for Saturday 5/4, rescheduled for 5/6 and now I just received a new update for 5/7. It is very frustrating to have something as important as dog food be rescheduled. :/ I’ve never had a problem when I ordered prior to signing up to autoshipment.

Everything I ordered was received. All products inside plastic bags to avoid small leakage.
