I absolutely love the fact that the products are safe and my cat loves it. I am so thankful that my best friend Candace Williams turned me on to this company. I will never turn back to store bought food for my fur baby.

I’ve not yet received my order. It seems to be stuck at UPS.

I like the quality of the products and the quick shipping times. My French Bulldog is doing well on the food and supplements - no digestive or allergy issues, which can be a problem with the breed. I just wish I could use my accumulated points towards my EZ Ship items though.

I called in because I was having trouble making payment on the website. The agent was very helpful and placed my order. Yesterday I received two boxes from Paw Tree. I called in again and the agent confirmed that two identical orders had been shipped; a system error caused my future auto-ship to be sent out. The agent apologized for the error, refunded my payment for the duplicate shipment, and told me I did not have to return it. I have nowhere to store 30 extra pounds of dog food so I am sharing it with a neighbor. Paw Tree acknowledged it was an internal error and did not inconvenience me by requiring I ship the products back. I appreciate great customer service!
