Lovely product, well made and quick delivery.

The door mat I chose was easy to order. I was very pleased when it came and people had a laugh when they saw it. I decided to order another one for my daughter's partner as he had admired our mat in late September.

The fact that they got her sweatshirt done perfectly. trust me, there are a lot of names and detail to her sweatshirt, which i am going to have to peel it off of her when it needs to be washed and dried.

Good communication, great product.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts 1 for my daughter and son-in-law. The idea is lovely but the quality is shocking. I would have paid more for the lovely idea. I’m not giving them and putting in the garbage!

Update on my first review. After receiving my tumbler without the personalized names on it Pawsionate informed me I used the wrong font to place my order and they could not print the names. Why didn’t they let me know that before sending out the order with nothing on it! Now they want $15 to redo it. No thanks Horrible customer service. Be very careful if you order anything from this company!!!!

I have ordered from this company 4 times but the last order was a disaster. It was a sweatshirt and the sizing was all over the map. The sleeve length was a 'large' as was the length of the garment. I ordered a medium. They refused to make it right so I will never order from them again.
