In general it was a good experience, I think the app is simple and accessible. One strange thing is that messages disappear after one week. For this reason, I could not retrieve previous message with the dog sitter I selected. I found this a bit odd.

We found Pawshake so easy to use and help us find a suitable house sitter. A great experience for both pawrents and fur babies, everyone was happy and it certainly made our getaway stress free.

Felt that we were leaving our dog with a good, safe and reliable dog sitter. Good website for communication.

I have booked several pet/housesitters through Pawshake and have contact with several others. Communication (and care of pets/house) has been prompt, friendly and professional. The platform provides an efficient way to search for (from a good sized pool of available sitters) and contact sitters and to manage bookings and payments. I appreciate that I only pay to use the platform when I make a booking.
