Well honestly, what makes the Company great, with the experience I got, was completely the people I dealt with. France is exptional and the way she treats her little “Loved Ones” is simply awesome. I was completely at ease leaving my little “Buddy” in her most capable hands… I will not hesitate to bring Buddy back to his second home and also to recommend France… If this was any example on how Pawshake “Vets” the people they chose to work with, 3 thumbs up.

As a pet sitter, I had a deadful experience. At some point, the Pawshake platform had serious technical issues. As a consequence, neither my ID, nor my IBAN code were recognised (I never changed them, thus I had no responsibility for their issues). Instead of helping me, I was insulted and eventually my account was blocked. I tried for mote than 6 months to explain that THEY had technical issues. However, I was offended again and Pawshake never reinstated my account. Last but not least, they kept all my sensible data, without deleting them. I do suggest to pet sitters to use other platforms.

Hi Gigliola, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. At Pawshake, we expect all pet sitters to maintain a professional and respectful tone when engaging with both our team and the community. Unfortunately, the use of inappropriate language, refusal to take ownership of managing your profile, and the inability to provide the necessary documentation to our payment provider regarding your eligibility to offer services in Belgium have led to the suspension of your account. Although you hadn’t previously requested account deletion, based on this review, we understand you wish it to be done, and we have actioned it accordingly. All associated data has been permanently removed from our servers. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours. Kind regards, Jack Pawshake Support

Was easy site to use and see sitters available in our area for the time we wanted. Easy to connect with sitter and make payment through your site. Knowing sitters were vetted etc was reassuring.

Duidelijke profielen van katten en honden oppas inclusief de ervaring en prijs per bezoek. Ik heb een goede oppas gevonden voor mijn kat.
