I was so satisfied with all of the support I received from the staff at Pawrade. Every person I spoke to was so helpful and made me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions in a caring way. They were all extremely knowledgeable and the thing that impressed me the most was the belief that all the puppies come first. They demonstrated to me that they truly love the puppies they care for and place in loving homes.

I got the puppy I wanted; all went according to plan; smooth transaction; their instructions were clear and had no problems.

Parade stayed behind every step of our adoption of our cockapoo puppy. They made the process easy and were very professional. They answered all my questions and requests and were immediately accessible when I had a question. I highly recommend Parade to anyone who is interested in adopting a pet.

After losing out little Yorkie we purchased from Pawrade, when he was hit by a car.... My wife and I wanted another little furry friend in the house. So we came back to Pawrade. We found a Teacup Yorkie we loved, but unfortunately she got sick and passed. Pawrade went above and beyond to help us find another puppy. They worked with us to negotiate a price similiar to the puppy that passed. They also helped with transportation and kept us completely informed during the entire process. Their compassion thru out the entire process was next to none. We got our little bundle of joy a little over a week ago. Thank you Pawrade you folks are a blessing.

Pawrade provided excellent customer service during the entire purchase process of my mini dachshund. I have used other puppy websites in the past to purchase dachshunds and Pawrade is number one. They far exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Pawrade and the Breeders. I have my perfect mini dachshund to add to my family.

Update: I do not have the 3year coverage. Dog has been limping for a while but vet did not find this until just passed the 1year of the coverage so it won’t be covered. That is why I did not communicate with you, I assumed you would not cover this at this point. Dog has severe luxating patella due to genetic predisposition. Result of poor breeding.
