Extremely slow results as well as rude customer service agents

I just want to say thank you for assisting me via a phone call. The person explained me everuthung and guided step by step what I need to do to purches the Test. I really appreciate it as it was the first time I was dealing with genetic tests.

Results received 5 days before predicted!

I emailed their customer service department to enquire about a specific genetic test that I was interested in. The response was prompt and very informative. Overall a great customer experience.

What keeps me coming back is accuracy of testing, customer service, and discounts. The only draw back is testing time used to be a one week turn around and now it's the same as embark. I was spoiled from the years past when the turn around time was a week. All in all great service and accuracy for the price.

I received my parentage results and the certificate is nice to print for my files. The tests were affordable, all required materials were sent to me including a return envelope.

Easy to order. I liked that there are breed specific panels. The results are consistent with the parents' genetic profiles which adds confidence in the results.
