Paw Print GeneticsReviews of pawprintgenetics.com

Our go-to resource for genetic testing on our Labradors❤️ Fast, efficient, setting the industry standard for test and analysis methods and raising the bar on accuracy of results.

Unusually good communication the whole way through the process. I ordered the test, I had a question, called Paw Print and a knowledgeable human answered the phone in a couple rings and had my answer. I received an email stating that Paw Print had received my order. They shipped me the test in a timely manner. I received an email saying the kit had been shipped. The instructions in the test kit were concise and easy to follow. The swabs were taken and sealed in the kit for return shipping in a secure manner. The swabs were secured in a tube with a secure cap and a liquid preservative. The swab was in the tube in a way that allowed you to use the swab then seal it in the tube without contaminating it or spilling the preservative. I received an email when they received the returned test kit. They gave me an estimate of how long the results would take. I received an email with the results within the time estimated. The whole experience was as good as one could expect.

Fast, easy and efficient.

Fast and efficient

I received my results very fast after adding on another test. I called to do so and they were very friendly and helpful.

Easy to read results. And fast process all together

GREAT SERVICE WHERE QUALITY COUNTS!!!!!

I have only good things to say about Pawprint genetics. I get my results super fast. I had a technical issue with a co-owned litter and they were extremely helpful with finding and helping us fix the error (which was mine not theirs) I love their deals!
