I needed to call in and discuss how to order one color test I forgot to check off, Black in this instance. The scientist explained to me in a way that I was able to understand the process. I appreciated their patience and taking the time to educate me.

Simple, straightforward way to run multiple health tests on our breeding animals. No reason not to have all the health clearances when it is this easy to make sure all animals are healthy. Thank you.
