The folks at the Greenville store are fabulous. They always go above and beyond for us as an example they opened the store on a day they are normally closed to allow us to get a new collar for our new puppy. Amazing products too!!

We visited Greenville with my two pit bulls and saw paws paws. We asked before entering if they were ok with two pits coming in and the lady said of course! When I walked in with my dogs she showered them in hugs and treats and pets. They were in heaven! We ended up buying two custom made collars for them. The collars came fast, looked exactly how I imagined and fit my dogs perfectly!!

I ordered a medium, monogrammed collar. It is a gift for someone. After leaving the store, I talked to the person's boyfriend and he said the dog would need a large. I called back to PawPaws and asked if I could change to a large and pay the difference when I picked up. They changed it to a large with no fee. The collar was ready ahead of schedule and definitely what I wanted. Would highly recommend and buy from them again!
