Easy to use- I’ve had an emergency protection add on as well as placed many calls to vet techs for advice. This is a great product and would highly recommend

Very informative and filled with links for me to get help and support in my area. She was very compassionate and did give me advice on some things to do until I get to the vet. I'm glad I opted in for the chat today. Sometimes these chats can go very quickly but she took the time to make sure I received all the links she had sent. Great service!

My experience was way too early in the morning. I thought it would be someone just shuffle me off instead I got a wonderful, caring, bright, charming woman who is patient and kind answered all of my questions with plenty of references to other avenues for more information if needed she made my day and she put my mind to ease and I would call back or chat again with them. Anytime I ever need help. They were wonderful.

The Vet was thorough in questioning and provided video instructions for what she wanted in the exam and i was relieved and felt better about my dog.

I’ve had two occasions now where I’ve needed to reach out out in the many months I’ve had now of Pawp. Never a long wait to get care and support to address my concerns and questions for my dogs. The are older and I worry about what to look for more even though they have basic issues as any other dog at a younger age would. It definitely helps to know when I should be monitoring til the next morning when I can make a vet visit for a checkup or get ready to get them to the vet immediately. This is my first time having any kind of on call vet help. I’m quite pleased and relieved to have such a resource for my pets rather than scouring with worry they the interwebs.
