Being able to access the vet even just via chat was a nice stress reliever for some kind of answer when I had no idea what was going on with my girl

I was able to upload pictures or videos if needed and I could tell I was actually talking to a live person and not just an AI bot. It was comforting, especially when it was so early in the morning that I had my concerns and all in house vets were closed.

Real support at 3am when every local office is dark? That's genuinely hard to find. Knowing you weren't alone with your concerns, and that someone was actually there looking at your photos and listening, is exactly what we want to offer. Wishing your pet all the best.

Dr. Maricio was knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to upload a picture which made the diagnosis / prognosis easy to ascertain to discuss next steps. The chat visit was easy and quick with a short wait time.

The vets are very very helpful and kind but to navigate through the app is impossible I accidentally made two appointments for this morning and I can’t see the first one to cancel it last night before Now I have an appt and I don’t know how to get to the vet page to talk to them

I chatted in after my Corgi sneakily ate Buccee’s beef jerky while we were asleep. The vet researched and helped structure a plan to get my pup’s gut back to normal. I was warned of the possible best/worst case scenarios, and recommended a probiotic to help with healing. I was invited to chat back anytime if her condition changed and reassured that her and the Vet team were there to assist me anytime.
