She was professional efficient and very knowledgeable! I liked the fact I didn't have to take my dog to the vet.

Skipping the waiting room while still getting real answers? That's the whole idea. So glad your pup got the attention she needed without the hassle of an in person visit. We'll make sure this feedback gets back to the team!

I had a chat about how to go about continuing my Casey boy on his flea/tick medication once a month. Long story short his vet lived an hour away where my daughter lives so she was having to go pick it up and bring it to me. Every month for the last year she brought it days and days later. Needless to say it devastated me to watch Casey suffer from scratching until she brought it! I mean he’s my baby! But I was told I could get his medicine from Walmart and that Made My Day!! I’ll have to order it and that’s OK with me but she was so kind and helpful! I don’t recommend services unless I’m asked and you guys ask! 😊 So I actually Wanted to leave a review!! I give them a 5+ and wish I could give them More!! ✨ ⭐️ 🌟 💫🌟✨⭐️🌟✨💫 I hope Everyone has a Blessed Day!!

Casey boy is lucky to have someone who cares so much about keeping him comfortable! A year of waiting and watching him scratch sounds genuinely stressful, so we're glad our team could point you toward a simpler solution. Walmart pickups for the win. Wishing you and Casey (and your daughter!) many flea-free days ahead. 🌟

Honey is lucky to have someone advocating for her so well. Knowing that came through in our time together genuinely makes this work feel worthwhile.

The vet tech, Ann I got was fantastic. She answered all my questions, didn’t rush me, and was very helpful. I was originally told it would be a 16 min wait but it was only a few minutes (2 or 3 tops) before she signed on. She was intelligent & well versed in veterinary medicine. I couldn’t be more happy with the ease & competency of service I received. Having that be coupled with her kindness, caring & patience was such a gift. Most local ves, besides having charged me over a hundred dollars for the visit would have rushed me so that I got flustered & forget to ask some questions & leave feeling unsatisfied. Not here. Every question, no matter how inconsequential was answered & she took the time to go over all his routine care with me and areas & suggestions for improvement. She validated that despite not having a lot of money I was doing a good job caring for my best friend & that he was very healthy & in good shape for his age. She even gave me suggestions to help with things she couldn't supply me with, like heartworm pills & testing. Bottom line: I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend giving them a shot. They’ll be especially useful for determining whether you need an in person visit and save you hundreds avoiding visits that can be handled online instead.

Ann sounds like exactly the person you needed in that moment. Knowing every question got a real answer, with patience and no rushing, is what this whole thing is built around. Your best friend is lucky to have someone advocating for him the way you do. Reviews like this one genuinely keep us going.

It was wonderful have a professional to chat with, she really cared and didn’t rush me. I was able to explain problems, she asked relevant questions I had not thought about. She gave me options I can try to give Scooby relief now and what I need to do for her in the next few days. In addition, she asked me to post the results on our chat so she can follow up. I found this extremely helpful.

Scooby is lucky to have someone advocating so carefully for her. The fact that your provider followed up by asking you to post results in the chat says a lot about how seriously she took your situation. We're really glad the options she laid out gave you a clear path forward, both for right now and the days ahead.
