Just had a question, was answered quickly and assuredly. Was concerned about poisoning and probably would have gone to the vet if not for your assistance!

My furry babies had an emergency situation twice and both times, the vets are so helpful and caring. They are very knowledgeable on how to assessed your pets needs in times of an emergency. Everyone I spoke to at PAWP are extremely nice patience during the time of distressed with my cats. I will recommend PAWP for your pets emergency insurance coverage.

My cat was showing signs of bloating or possible uti issues. His stomach was distended and hard to the touch. After talking with the vet, and realizing his bathroom and eating habits were normal, it was not something to be concerned about. Amanda was great with all of my questions and with it being so late at night,

I don’t know what I would do without Pawp and their team. They covered the cost of my dog’s emergency surgery, and I didn’t have to pay a dime. It was a huge weight off of my shoulders. Even the vet staff mentioned they had never heard of an insurance this amazing. I will be FOREVER grateful to Pawp for the help and reassurance they gave me in one of the scariest times of my life.

The only good that this will do you is if your dog has 4 hours to live if he doesn't you're wasting your $19 a month. If your dog has 24 hours to live you're still out of luck don't throw your $19 away. That was very nice and they were quick to answer the phone but it is just totally useless

Hello, thank you for providing us with your review here. I do understand your frustration, and the desire for wider coverage. At Pawp, we do only cover immediate, life-threatening emergencies. By keeping our emergency fund restricted to these types of emergencies, we are able to offer our services to a greater number of pets for a reasonable rate. Our goal is to be able to provide security to pet parents during unexpected health crises, and ultimately help to save lives. We do also hope that our 24/7 Teletriage service can help pet owners to determine how urgent their pet's situation is, as well as provide valuable health advice.
