They’re taking forever to process my claim. I followed the policy to a T. The app says 5-7 business days to review a claim. I’m on day 7 today and they said 10-15 days. Nowhere does it state 10-15 days. I think this is a scam.

I appreciate the quick reaction of the professional I spoke with. My dog had a seizure. After taking him to the vet I sent all of my documentation into Pawp as required. I was told it would take 5-7 business days. That was on 1/9 and I haven’t heard a word. I contacted customer support and was told not reply to their email until I heard about my claim. I believe they have knowledgable folks on staff for pet care. However, it is very hard to get in touch with anyone handling a claim. And they don’t pay when they say they will.
