Pendant was exactly as described and when I had a question, staff responded within 24 hours. Material feels adequate to the pendant and shipping was as described and expected. My order was a custom name Chihuahua style and it’s precisely what I received.

The keychain I ordered for my moma in rememberance if her baby that got hit was perfect. She cried when she got it and it's now on top of his ashes. It was everything I was hoping for and so much more.
