I ordered the Lip Booster and every time I would open the cap, the product would come oozing out on its own and would leak through the bottom of the cap all over my purse. Left a huge mess and wasted a lot of the product. I let customer service know and they sent me a new tube that did exactly the same thing. I can’t use it because it oozes everywhere and makes a huge mess. Total waste of money.

I was totally ripped off by your company. I was just charged 26.00 for a product that is 10.00 on Amazon. I will share my experience with every social media available!

Never received my order. They didn’t reply to my emails and didn’t refund me.

I didn’t receive the package, it’s been a month now. I’ve contacted support, but they claim to have a problem with the delivery and they said they would send the package again, don’t even know what that means… I asked for a refund, yet to see if they pay back.

What happened to this company? I am a loyal customer and it won’t take my sign in or PW. When I choose the option to check out with a one-time code and the code is sent to my email, it doesn’t work! There used to be an option to check out as a guest but that’s gone. I call the number on the website and have been on hold for over 10 minutes all while hearing how important my call is to them! Pathetic customer service. I will buy a different brand from Nordstrom from now on.

I tried returning stuff but I have to pay shipping and handling that's ridiculous it costs more 14.50 to ship and the product was 19$ come on you guys need to do better temu doesn't charge lady time I order from you guys

They sent an e-mail stating that sometimes, products are deemed delivered before they are actually delivered. What kind of business does that? It has been six hours and still no delivery. I am sure my credit card paid them faster than that. Poor customer service.

I made a purchase maybe late May and things came by mid June. This would have been my first experience to note… I didn’t need to open right away since I didn’t need the product ms until I finished using out the skin care products from my previous regimen with a competitive brand, I opened my box around July to find a chemical mess, broken glass and a chunk of my lost funds in a unpleasant pie inside. I reached out to what I would say is the most disrespectful customer service navigator outside of if I were to need a so called expert to assist with robbing pockets, you can get the “best” assistance until you have already spent your money. I followed the prompts to have my concern sent to someone and they will reach out to me. Well they PC DID REACH OUT! Only to ask how was my conversation with some Kim person and I left a review and commented that I never spoken with anyone. Well that was over a month and nothing to follow up. So I tried again following prompts to no avail. $100s of dollars in a drain leading to PC hands.
