I am not one to write a review but for PatioHQ I felt I had to. To start the customer service is exceptional. I reached out with a few questions and the response from Jeff was quick. I decided to go ahead and order my replacement cushions. Upon receiving my cushions I am beyond pleased with this product! They are better than I imagined! We are very pleased with the high quality cushions and pillows we bought. The website has exact dimensions so they were easy to order and fit perfectly. Ordering was very easy and they were delivered as promised.

Took forever to get the parts. Not sure why. If I had not pushed, I am not sure how long it would have taken. Update the customer as to status.

Hi Frederick, sorry about the time it took but we had to ship this from one of our alternate warehouses which is experiencing an unusual amount of demand. We were sent the wrong chair, no fault of Patio HQ, and the folks stepped up to the plate. They took care of everything and we received our correct chair just in time for the holiday weekend. Great service, great product. Thanks!

Customer service for my order was excellent and the shipping process was painless. The quality of the seat cushions is far greater than the cushions that originally came with my furniture. My seat cushions were expensive but being the furniture was in like-new condition replacing just the worn out original cushions was far cheaper than buying all new furniture. Being that I spent so much time measuring and re-measuring the cushion dimensions, I am thrilled in they being spot on compared to the original cushion dimensions.
