I haven’t received my order nor have I been updated on when it will arrive.

We have not received product so cannot review. Just wish it didn't take this long.

This is the second request for a review that I have received. Would be more fitting if the products arrived before the request for a review of same. No products as of yet so this is a negative review.

Don’t have the furniture yet. Can’t review u til I receive. I’ve been waiting a while for it.

The umbrella stand is perfect - it looks great and has plenty of weight to keep the umbrella up even with wind. This was a great purchase.

I like the product but wish it had a better umbrella material and/or replacement so I didnt have to ask for a replacement. Because a replacement of the whole unit is the only option, I am in process and getting help in spite of the pandemic interruptions.

I have called and was told a supervisor would get back to me about cancelling my order. I also did a chat and added my email to have someone contact me. To date I gave mot heard back from anyone.
