Still do not have product

Parts show in stock and shipping label created but hasn’t been picked up by carrier for 3 days now. Not sure what is going on.

Placed the order because your site said it was in stock, but immediately after, found out it was not. At least you refunded the purchase very quickly.

Well, I was asked for a review at this point. The information I have now - I placed an order. The item has moved, nor been picked up for three business days; so while I have the tracking number, that really doesn't mean much. At this point, I expect that nothing will change, and I would be filing a dispute Monday if the part is not shipped out.

Ordered an in stock part but later was notified the part was never in stock. This was embarrassing to explain to customer this error that reflected on us as much as it on the shipper of the item.

I ordered a package of two Honeywell Pre filter furnace screens. I only received only one. I contacted them. They said they errored on their part with a sku number but were unable to send me the other one at this time .They did refund me a partial payment for me not receiving the second furnace screen.

I paid for next day air and haven’t received my shipment.

Good and correct part, but too later, more a week for gut it. I’m lost my customer
