Item listing said "shipping next business day" - my items got shipped 2 days later. order PV683082
Response from PartsVu· May 5, 2026
Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration with the shipping delay. I understand how important it is to receive orders within the timeframe listed, especially when you’re relying on next-business-day fulfillment. While we do our best to ship as quickly as possible, there are occasionally situations such as carrier pickups, warehouse processing delays, or order verification requirements that can cause a shipment to go out later than expected. That said, I completely understand your concern since the listing indicated next-business-day shipping, and I apologize for the inconvenience this caused. If you can share your order number, I’d be happy to take a closer look at what happened specifically with your order and ensure we address any issues on our end. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve. Best regards, Jessica

Fantastic customer care and support. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about items they sell, items shipped fast and tracking number made it trackable. I always order my marine supplies here and will continue to do so. Have a great boat season here in the north east.
