Dear Grainne, I am incredibly sorry to read about the distress and frustration. It is completely understandable that you were shocked and upset to see an unexpected charge of over £50, especially when your intention was only to purchase a single bottle of NMN. We absolutely never want anyone to feel misled by our website. During checkout, both a one-time purchase and a subscription option (which offers a discount) are presented side-by-side. It appears the subscription was inadvertently selected during your purchase, but I deeply apologize that this was not clear to you and that it resulted in such a stressful experience. We completely understand why this felt misleading, and we are actively looking into ways to make this process more transparent for all of our customers. We want to resolve this for you immediately so you do not have to struggle to get your money back. Please reach out to our support team directly by calling +1 888 271 8790 or emailing [email protected]. When you contact us, we will ensure that your subscription is immediately and permanently canceled, and we will help you process a return for the unwanted bottle so you can receive a full refund. We are standing by to assist you and are fully committed to making this right!

Hi, I am incredibly sorry for the frustration caused by receiving an unexpected shipment. I completely understand why you are upset—getting a product you specifically asked to cancel months ago is highly inconvenient and certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. It appears there may have been a system error or a lapse in properly processing your initial cancellation request, and I sincerely apologize for this oversight. We never want to send you items you do not want or bill you without your knowledge. We are fully committed to making this right immediately. To get your prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions for a full refund, please reach out to our team directly. You can call us at +1 888 271 8790 or send an email to [email protected]. We will personally ensure that your subscription is permanently closed out and get your return processed as quickly as possible.

Hi Ann, I am incredibly sorry to read about the completely unacceptable and exhausting ordeal you detailed in the review. You have every right to be furious, and I deeply apologize for the immense frustration we have caused you. Everything about your experience is the exact opposite of how we want to treat our customers. Waiting over a month for products you had already paid for—without any proactive communication from us—is a massive failure on our end. To make matters worse, the fact that you emailed our support team multiple times to cancel, only to be met with automated discount offers instead of someone simply honoring your request, is absolutely shameful. You should never feel trapped in a subscription or be forced to remove your credit card just to stop the billing attempts. We take full ownership of this breakdown in our customer service and website functionality, and I want to personally ensure this nightmare ends for you today. Please reach out to our team directly so we can bypass the standard support queue and fix this for you immediately. You can call us at +1 888 271 8790 or email [email protected]. We will manually and permanently terminate your subscription, ensure all automated billing emails are stopped, and review your account to process refunds for the severely delayed shipments you received. I am so sorry that we lost your trust, but we are standing by and fully committed to resolving this so you can finally walk away without any further hassle.

Hi Kenneth, I am very sorry to read about the frustrating situation. It is completely understandable to be upset when you are billed for a shipment you were not expecting, and I sincerely apologize that you felt tricked by our checkout process. We certainly do not want anyone enrolled in a subscription they do not want. While our checkout page offers both one-time purchase and subscription options side-by-side to provide a discount for recurring customers, we never want the selection process to feel misleading. I hear your feedback that this was not clear during your bulk purchase, and I am sorry for the confusion and inconvenience it caused. Regarding your attempt to cancel the order, once a shipment is actively processing at our fulfillment center, our customer service team is unfortunately unable to halt the package. However, you are absolutely entitled to return those unwanted bottles for a full refund! As for not feeling the effects of the supplements, we understand your disappointment. Because our products work deep at the cellular level, the timeline to feel physical changes varies greatly from person to person, often taking a couple of months of consistent use. We want to make this right for you immediately. Please reach out to our team directly by calling +1 888 271 8790 or emailing [email protected]. We will gladly help you process a return for the unwanted bottles and ensure you receive your refund.
