Once we were back in port, we were on the bus back to the car park, in our car and on our way home within 20 minutes. What a wonderful job by all the employee's getting us on our way. Thank you so much. We will use this company again and again.

We are dismissed on the cruise ship by cabin/floor. My dismissal time was 10:15 and while the ship was trying to disembark 5000 people, it takes time. When we finally got thru customs and got our baggage, we waited 1-1/2 hours for a KSA van to pick us up. One marked bus came in to unload but the Port Authority would not let us go over and said that the bus would be back around to pick us up. After three phone calls and a testy operator we finally grabbed a Marriott/KSA bus and they called for a transfer. I would not use them again. Park N Go was closer and their vans were in the drop area 6 to 1 over everyone else.

Hi Candy, We apologize for the disappointment on the pick-up end. Unfortunately we cannot control Port Authority and if the driver could not see you because you were not allowed to go to him then he would have no idea that people were waiting. Thank you for your honest review. We will continue to add vehicles and drivers to balance out port traffic and delays at Port Everglades. -Kevin Arregoces

Great service both at the drop off and with picking us up following the cruise. Transportation both directions was quick and the drivers very helpful. We definitely would use this place again and highly recommend it for convenience, cost and sense of security knowing that our vehicle was safely parked.

Great service - easy in and easy out with very courteous & friendly van drivers! Affordable and quick trip to the airport - a bit of a wait on the return yet not horrible. Car was in the front of the lot and the driver helped me take my luggage to my car. Will use the service again and have recommended it at every chance I get.

Your web site says pickup at the ship every 20 minutes - we waited over 45 minutes. We have used your service twice - but never again.

Hi Jerry, Thank you for the honest review, but our website states "Shuttles make rounds approximately every 20 minutes from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM and approximately every 40+ minutes from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Disembark early for quickest service." We encourage everyone to disembark early to avoid port traffic and delays that are far too common at Port Everglades. We hope that we can regain your confidence in us because we are just getting better and better. Regards, Kevin Arregoces
