Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

The site was easy to navigate, the price was 100 dollars cheaper than I could buy locally, and the service was excellent. Very little was required to put the Duet Rollator together to my surprise and it fits my purposes even better than I thought it would. The only glitch was with UPS . The address label is very small and they delivered it to the wrong apartment which was easily corrected by a thoughtful neighbor.

I couldn’t be happier with the prompt service I received from Parentgiving. We were not satisfied with the adult briefs my husband wore for incontinence, especially the overnight ones. Tranquility brand solved our problem and Parentgiving provided quick, competent service. Thank you.

I was looking for a specific item, a Hury Cane. You had it in the color I wanted and at a good price. I ordered the cane, and it was shipped in quick time as promised. I am very pleased with my experience with this company.

The representative that helped me order my transport chair was amazing and excellent!! She quickly got the order in so that it would arrive at my home as soon as possible. It worked and I got the chair in time for my vacation tomorrow. I really appreciate all her help, as she knew her job well! Hopefully you can tell by my order her name because I am awful and forgot it. I would like you to know what a excellent employee you have in her!! Thank you. Donna Wojcik

The phone is great as far as the large numbers and the features, However, my sister has hearing loss and I purchased the phone thinking the amplification was already set into the phone. I did not realize you had to take the phone away from your ear and then press Boost. There was no mention of having to do that in the description, very disappointing.

The perfect chair for my wife dealing with two broken legs and advanced dementia. Fits in the back seat of my car and very light compared to the other chair. Thoughtful design, thanks. R V Holsinger
