Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

My new Drive rollator is the best I have found in it's class. It is designed for heavy duty use. I have tried several others in it's class, and the engineering, quality, fit and finish of the Drive unit is superior, And, as always, shipping was very fast. I am very happy.

A size dimension for the shower chair would have helped me to judge if I had room for it in my corner shower. Being square, it doesn't leave much room for my legs. However, It is very sturdy. Well packaged and arrived well protected.

Thank you for your recent order. I'm sorry if you missed the dimension information that was on the product page: Specifications: Seat Height: Adjustable 15.25" to 21.25" . Seat Measurement: 18" D X 20" W Back Rest Max Height 35.25" Weight capacity: 400 lbs. Was there additional information that would have been helpful? If so, we will try to obtain it and add it to our website. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
