As always the service was first rate and the gemstone was beautiful. My only concern was the gem was not the shade of color shown on the video and ID report. However, this was not a deal breaker for me.

Nice stone. Fantastic and ultra quick delivery. On the minus sign: the stone is nice but not so electric blue as in the picture. FedEx is quick in delivery but I hate them. In Italy they are terribile, they are rude and unpolite. Also, using FedEx, make me pay a lot of taxes and expedition cost (they are expensive) at the end the extra costs were almost similar to the one of the stone

Good experience overall, clear and prompt communication. I was a bit taken aback about the customs issue but that was lack of knowledge on my part. Love the stone 😍
