Ther was a lot of back n forth but the patch came out awesome.

Thanks, Manuel. The back and forth is the part we'd rather do before production than after, and I'm glad it landed where you wanted. Appreciate you sticking with it. — Lance, Panda Patches

Patches were not centered, some were faded. The thread was coming out of the lettering. Will never use again.

Hi Christian, Thank you for taking the time to talk with us today, and we're sorry this order didn't meet the standard you expected. Off-centre placement, faded colours and loose threads in the lettering shouldn't have passed our quality check. As discussed, we're remaking the full set of patches correctly at no cost to you, with rush production so you have them as quickly as possible. We'll send you the tracking as soon as they ship. We appreciate the chance to put this right. Lance Panda Patches

They were very good in digitizing and producing my embroidery design. Awesome customer service. I will produce more patches with this company!

Thank you, Manuel. Digitizing is where a design is won or lost, so it means a lot that you noticed it. Looking forward to the next ones. — Lance, Panda Patches

I used the messaging service in Panda Patches' website because I didn't have much time and I needed a quote fast. I told them exactly what I wanted. I got a quote in a matter of minutes and they even were able to agree to meet my delivery deadline if I paid for rush shipping. Since I would be out of the office on medical leave for an extended period of time I needed to patches to arrive before I went out on leave. I was actually shocked when the patched arrived on the exact day I asked for them. I had been let down by many other companies in the past but Panda Patches actually fulfilled what they said they would and the patches looked great! I truly appreciate their quick response and meeting the deadline I needed! I would highly recommend this company for any Patch needs!

Thank you for this, and I hope the leave goes well. Hitting the exact date you asked for is what the rush service is for, and I'm glad the chat got you a quote fast enough to make it work. We'll be here when you're back. — Lance, Panda Patches
