My hat came with a spot under the brim and the brim was not blocked properly.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, hat came shipped in a ripped and torn box and completely crumpled and the wrong size, had to return it, came back in better condition but still the wrong size. paid a fortune for a hat I don't wear.

We really try our best to make things right for every customer, as you say we did send a second hat to you. we are trying.... and that is not the end of our service if it still is not right then we ask that you let us fix it for you. Sizing is a bit difficult on occasion especially if the proper steps were not taken to get the right size but if for any reason we messed it up then i will pay all your mailing expenses and refund you if you so desire.
