I like the communication and photos of the manufacture of my hat. It was entertaing to see the hat being made and the emails about shipment were helpful .

I still have not received my replacement hat. I ordered it in Oct. last year. They sent it to my former address. It has been forwarded to our new address which we will not see until October

Made selection easy , size determination was accurate , and made prompt delivery. What more can you ask ?

The first hat was a cuenco; that experience was good enough that I decided to upgrade to a better panama. The first one came though with the box badly smashed. USPS would not allow me to inspect, so I refused shipment. PHD then said I should have accepted delivery. In any case, many weeks later, they shipped me a replacement. After several years and not excessive use, the crown of the good hat is cracking.

The customer service was efficient and uneventful. I have purchased six or seven hats over the last few years from PanamaHatsDirect and I've had no issues with the delivery or the quality of the product. The hats were received as represented in the online photos and descriptions. I think it goes without saying that I must've been satisfied if I returned as many times as I did.

I only bought hatbands but they look great, were reasonably priced, and arrived on time. I have no qualms about buying from them again.
