Was easy to sign up and got quick responses. Have had great interactions with my personal banker. Process has been smooth and seamless. Overall a great banking experience. Signing up for PRN loan program was quite fast.

I applied for a loan and opened a checking account. The team was prompt and efficient with their communication. I actually had to use a mobile device to go through the paperwork and it worked just fine. The forms are intelligent and do not require inputting thousands of data fields. The interaction with the bankers over the phone was pleasant. They found my credit freezes and my Chex freeze and quickly helped to unfreeze them to proceed with the application. They provided a number of options with fair rates. I cannot appreciate them enough seeing me as a physician and not just a traditional risk profile. They understand the healthcare field and what we sacrifice to get to where we are. The fees for the checking account are refreshing. They are definitely a modern financial solution focusing on the customer.

First off - this is a fantastic concept. Medical education is incredibly expensive and those expenses are complicated to navigate. I’m thrilled someone has come along who can give assistance and a even little guidance to students, residents, and attendings alike - while understanding the complexity of finances in this career. I paid for most of my living expenses with credit cards while going to school in one of the most expensive cities in the world. The PRN loan is providing me the option to unburden myself of that 20ish% interest and actually have a shot at getting rid of that debt in a reasonable amount of time. Next step - student loans. Excellent company. Easy process. Great communication. I’ll be back.
