Beautiful leather product- Classy Business Hour - unfortunately it is too small for my 16in laptop - check dimensions listed carefully. Return process was very easy - very much appreciated. I will return as these are solid leather products.

The color shown online is 100% NOT the color of the bag. I ordered the yellow which looks luxurious online. The color received is nothing like wnat was shown. I will be returning this bag.

I have been waiting for my bags for 3 weeks. I have written multiple Emails and no response. I didn’t even receive tracking or order information but they certainly took the money. The customer service is horrible and I will be cancelling my order today!
