Ordered my paint by number over a month ago. Kept getting my picture wrong. Ordered November 5th and still waiting on my order to come in now.

it takes a lot of time but it’s worth it and the family i gifted it to absolutely loved it. they couldn’t stop looking at it they said!

Shipping takes way longer than estimated on page, don’t buy as gift if you need it by a specific date. I still have not received my order…

Shipping was way too slow. I assumed it was shipped within Canada as it was a Canadian site. Order with a month before gift was needed and still didn’t come in time.

We haven’t done the actual painting, however the delivery of the sets is very delayed, taking over 3 1/2 weeks. Beware they use regular postal service and no expedited customs. Our package was ready in 1 day, took one week to get picked up. Christmas gift ordered on Dec 2 arrived on 29th.

Shipping took forever!!!

Ordered this at the beginning of December plenty of time to recieve it to gift for Christmas. A week after Christmas I’m still waiting. Customer service hasn’t helped at all. Save your time and money and buy a kit from Amazon. I’d like a refound

Would rate lower then 1 star. Ordered Dec 1st as Xmas gift. Still not here has been apparently delayed at the airport for 2 weeks. Horrible customer service and cannot comment on the quality as it is not here. Also find it ridiculous that the company asks you to review the product before you receive it just asking for bad reviews if you ask me
