Wish the instructions were better so the end result would have come out better. Clearcoat did not adhere well and was marred by weather and came out rough like an orange peel.

Whoever packed the box did a horrible job. They just wrapped one piece of tape around center of box length and width. DID NOT seal the box prior to shipping. Box was destroyed by the time I received my order. They were pretty ignorant to think that was sufficient for shipping.

I had a terrible experience with Dave and PaintScratch. They sent me the wrong color of paint, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for the issue and refused to provide a refund. I sent them photos of the incorrect paint as requested, but they later claimed I never did. By the time they finally responded—almost a week later—I had already disposed of the paint cans because I have children and pets at home, and it wasn’t safe to keep them sitting around. Rather than standing behind their product or working toward a fair resolution, they made excuses and shifted the blame onto me. Customer service was disappointing, and I felt like my concerns were ignored. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
