I haven't been using this Ai tool for that long but THE SUPPORT TEAM ARE TRULY AMAZING AND HELPFUL!! Especially Meg, she's very understanding and eager to help. They can answer all of your questions and will answer anytime, just don't be afraid to ask. Overall, for beginners like me, I really recommend using this tool because it's very nice and easy to use.
