Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! would buy from again, and would recommend them to anyone. The sales team was not forceful and helped us purchase the correct items for our concept. Delivery was great and when we needed to exchange a trailer after our original concept didn't work out, Pack Mule was very helpful in making that happen.
