Excellent product and Customer Service. The products are very durable and low maintenance. Keep up on the general maintenance and products will last years beyond any competitor. I have had many conversations with the Customer Service and Sales Dept. If there was a space for ten stars Wesley Pack Mule would get all ten stars filled, and I'd more.

I never have a problem with getting what I ordered in less than two days. Always helpful with any questions concerning their equipment and products they sell. They respond back in a timely manner anything sent via email...usually the same day or faster If their is ever a mistake on their part they are quick to resolve it, to the customer's satisfaction.

I like the regen features the AC motor technology provides. The industry leading warranty is a great selling point. The quality of the product and the helpful service people make the difference. CDW looks forward to purchasing more equipment from Wesley in the future.

I have loved working with PackMule. Their product is superior and their customer service is excellent. I worked with Kathy Collany, Angela Williams, Daniel Sagado and Scott Fraiser on a couple recent orders and all has gone so smoothly. They have superior communication skills and let me know when my deliveries will be available. My client was happy with the lead times and love their packmules over their old Taylor Dunns. I would definitely recommend this equipment and this company!
