Look honest review here. Technically it is legit, you get paid out instantly, you don’t need to show them every personal document you have, and they don’t hide anything in the T’s and C’s. But, all of the packs are pretty volatile, and for the ordinary person you just won’t see consistent wins/losses. Expect a lot of losses, and then one big win, not lots of little ones. Overall it is a real website that does pay you out, but it’s very volatile.

Hi Fanta Forces, thanks for leaving your review! Thank you for acknowledging one of the things we are most proud of, which is our super fast cashout process. We also appreciate the honest feedback. You are right that volatility matters, and that is exactly why we give users different types of experiences to choose from. Some packs are built to be safer and more consistent, some sit in the middle, and some are much higher volatility with a smaller chance at bigger hits. The goal is to let users pick the style that fits them best, with the pack details, odds, and item pools shown up front before opening. For anyone who wants even more control, community packs can also be built around the exact kind of experience they prefer. We appreciate the fair review and your time on PackDraw. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Honestly, if you withdraw in crypto, take this review as a 4-star, but the site is good. The only issues I have with it are the long processing times on the claims and the long crypto deposit times. The community cases are a nice feature of the site, giving unique cases and a way to let players earn money.

Thanks for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the platform overall, and we appreciate the constructive points you’ve raised. All crypto deposits sent to a valid PackDraw address are typically credited almost instantly, unless delayed by network traffic, additional blockchain confirmations (especially with coins like BTC), or unique account circumstances that require additional review. As for product claims, processing and delivery times vary by item and location, but on average, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. We have a dedicated warehouse and logistics team working daily to make sure claims are fulfilled as quickly and reliably as possible. If you’d like help reviewing a specific deposit or claim, we encourage you to reach out to our support team directly and mention this review and they’ll be happy to escalate your case and assist further.

This site looks amazing all in all, and I am itching to jump into it!, but is there not a way to deposit using credit card? I chose some packs then tried to deposit and it showed a bunch of crypto wallets with no other way to deposit via card. It was saying something about a coin address? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Response from PackDraw· Apr 5, 2024
We apologize for the inconvenience. It seems that the location you're in may not allow for credit card deposits. We recommend reaching out to our support team for more hands-on assistance with any issues you encounter at [email protected]. They can also provide additional details and help guide you through the deposit process.
