I just had the best customer support experience in my whole life with them, i accidentally deposited crypto through the wrong network, which leads to the loss of the crypto, and they were kind enough to reimburse me from their own pocket for something that was 10000% my fault. Let's all be honest, at the end of the day, this is a gambling site. You enter at your own risk. BUT I will say, this has been a great experience overall. They're very transparent about the odds of all of the packs that you open. But at least here, you have the odds at winning really cool items you wouldn't otherwise buy or even afford to buy. The customer service was extremely responsive and was able to speak with them further about the site. You can't win them all, but i'd rather do it on this site than any other. Seems legit to me!
