Awesome Customer Support! I had a problem, that my btc deposit didn’t went through even after 2 hours. After contacting their Support Email I have got an answer within minutes! From my experience I had on this site so far it’s legit. Just gotta check the odds on the packs you want to open, some are REALLY high risk high reward.

I had a deposit issue and my funds got lost due to an error of my own. Pack Draw was quick to fix the issue AND credit the initial deposit to my account even though it was my mistake. Great company

Instant cashouts , no KYC required (ofc unless u depo with car which is normal for money laundering reasons) and their support is very helpful i didn't receive some money and they gave it to me manually and the site is very clean overall !

They gave me the best customer service I've ever had. I am new to Crypto Currency and when it comes though Crypto i am lost. I made a little mistake that lead to lose some of my Crypto because I accidentally deposited some Crypto incorrectly, but they were gracious enough to pay me even though it was my mistake and i Appreciate that a lot. If you go to the website and are new to Crypto deposited like me. Don`t use XRP Trust me.
