I sent a package to my Daughter for Finals at School it arrived just one day later than expected but none the less she appreciated it and loved it and it saved me a trip to the Post Office mailing those things myself lol

The package was delivered 2 days after the promised delivery date. And the card was missing a couple of words I wrote on the website that did not show up on the card. I love the service, but these two things annoyed me.

I have been very pleased with my purchases. I like being able to pick which items I want to send. The company has improved it's communication with the customer. First order placed I didn't know if it shipped or not. Now they send emails to inform you. My nephew has enjoyed his packages at college and receiving items I know he will enjoy.

Great customer service, boxes are loaded with what kids really want and prices are not bad!
