When our trip went sour due to another airlines mechanical issues, Pacific-for-less reworked the trip for us on short notice and salvaged 95% of the vacation. Claudia worked over time to make things work and remained in contact with us afterwards to be sure we got compensation from our Travel Ins.

They took care of everything when I had difficulty figuring out timing. Helped us choose islands to visit and even threw in a free tour. They were always available to answer questions. The best part was the tips sheet they sent ahead of time. It was truly helpful.
