ON TIME AND A DAMN NICE STICK, MY WIFES LOVES IT

Website is super easy to navigate, updates throughout the process was appreciated, product arrived quickly, just as described. Thank you!

Good products, fast delivery. Everything was just fine!

Ordered my cue stick for a Birthday present ...My friend was very very disappointed!!! Cue was not straight. Ruined our day. He was so excited when he opened it. Then he checked to see if was it was true( meaning straight) and it was definitely NOT.

We got off to a bad start, but the ladies in customer service, Elizabeth and Carmen were really great. They were very understanding and patient with me and anxious to help me. I really appreciate their help. As far as I'm concerned, Ozone Billiards is the only company I'll deal with. Thanks!

Excellent product and service.

Super quick delivery!

Terrible customer service and communication. Was never told that the kit I ordered was on back order. And then I had to pay for overnight shipping and it still took 2 days. Pathetic, and will never shop from Ozone again.
