Great cue!! I love it

The engraving on the pool stick was a little sloppy, streaking out of lines. I previously owned the same sticks I bought and loved them. Unfortunately, they were in my vehicle when it was stolen so I had to repurchase them.

Package arrived on time in decent condition. Upon opening, there were no assembly instructions included. The wood was not nearly as dark as in the photo on the internet. All the assembly parts were included (most likely, but without the list of what should be there, I'll never know). It was easly able to hang the rack on the wall using the pre-drilled hanging holes on the back. I used an L-bracket at the bottom to secure the rack to a stud underneath. In my opinion, a couple of those should be included, along with a couple metal drywall anchors. It looks nice on the wall.

The delivery was here the very next day. It's the most beautiful cue I've ever owned. Ozone Billiards will have my business for the rest of my life

I received my Balabushka stick but not real happy with the shaft. I asked for the shaft to be turned down to 12.50 and paid extra for the work. Here is my complaint. The shaft I got was used. It had chalk on the tip and had been shaped. It also had dents on the side of the shaft, maybe from the lathe work. Luckily for me, I was able to reshape the tip and rub out the dents on the shaft. Bottom line is that I got a used shaft and it won't happen again. I should have sent it back but I am on a schedule. What are you going to do for me?

Ordered one cue and the next day I called to try to add another cue to my order.(was trying to combine shipping) I was told I couldn’t add to my order because it was already processed. However both rods shipped the same day and I received them the same day. I still received free shipping but had to add more stuff to my order to receive free shipping. Received my oder promptly. Would be 5 stars if the customer service would have worked with me on the shipping instead of making me order $5 worth of stuff to receive free shipping.
