Recently purchased an oxygen concentrator from the Oxygen Concentrator Store. It is compact, quiet, and very easy to use. The sales representative, Jake Kinlaw, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The concentrator arrived as scheduled, very well packed, complete with attachments I requested, and thorough use instructions. The unit I purchased is priced competitively.

My lithium batteries did not arrive. There was a small box that had some bubble wrap but otherwise empty. I paid for 2 of them but it is impossible to use the machine without the batteries! Please send them quickly. I am anxious to start using the new machine. The delivery time was great, and everything else was intact. Please send the 2 batteries quickly Thank you very much.
