My wife needed a portable oxygen generator for some lung issues. Although covered by Medicare, we found it impossible to secure a machine through them. I talked to several medical supply companies and heard a lot of fast talking people who were pretty aggressive. On the contrary, Colton at the Oxygen Concentrator Store took the time to explain things and recommended the Claire. We shopped around and their price matched the lowest. I ordered the machine and got it two days later. My wife loves it, especially because she no longer needs to haul around tanks. Thanks for the great advice and buying experience. I would definitely call them first if the need arises.

Dealing with your organization was easy enough with the exception of the occasional frustrations with the computer and the@#$%& internet. Now!! That Affirm outfit that you are affiliated with is the worse experience that I have ever felt with. My advice is to rid yourselves of that miserable bunch of loan sharks. I am finding it extremly to communicate with them thru conventional methods (ie. email, telepfone, etc.) I believe that I am finally cut loose from AFFIRM. After about a dozen or so attempts to get the needed information, I was able to mail (via USPS) them the $ for the O2 machine that you provided. Affirm is one weird outfit to do business with. On the other hand, dealing with you all was very satisfactory. I would have given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for dealing with the loan sharks.
