Sean Lowe was very helpful. Ordering took only a few minutes and the concentrator was on its way the same day.

The people that work there are great. I had an experience where I had to return a new machine, and Christa and Ty were reasonable and patient.

Needed a new concentrator asap. My wife's concentratord dried and she only had a 3 hour portaortable. I called several places with lower prices, but decided to pay more because of past excellent experience with Oxygen Concentrator Store I purchased a new one which was promptly delivered and was plug in teady. P.S. I live in Mississippi.

Our experience with the oxygen concentrator store was great. Nick was very helpful, and our only problem had nothing to do with him. Think that a discount for Canadians would Bea big help, as he exchange in our currency makes it VERY expensive for us. If we know of anyone who needs a concentrator that cannot find one in Canada, we would recommend you. We did not have the time to find a Canadian store.

I had talked to Sean Lowe i think in Feb. of this year, and he explained the different machines and which one would be better for our needs at the time. i checked a couple other companies and when we were ready to purchase chose this one because he seamed to be honest and thorough with details about the machines. To this date we are totally satisfied.

My portable concentrator died. Bret checked on new ones and it would be months to get one. Then he talked to me about refurbished ones and checked to see when I could get one. One day delivery was available on a refurbished one and I would be at the top of the list. Thank you Bret!
