The sales Rep I spoke to, Josh was excellent It's hard to convince me of anything but he did it! I received the concentrator in a timely manner and I have it hooked up I haven't really went out with it yet but I did use it here at home a little and I am very pleased with it. I am used to continuous flow and was afraid I would have a problem with pulsating but I do not. Thanks Josh for everything!
