They were very responsive and addressed all of my concerns so that I could order with confidence. They even followed up with my doctor's office. The equipment arrived today as projected. I am now reading thru the handbook and charging the batteries. So far so good!

As a patient that needs oxygen 24/7, I was a bit dismayed that no one answered the 800 number after 20 rings. I then tried the Florida number and got a person to complete my order. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Called the Florida number again and another person confirmed the order and shipping date, but shipping to wrong address. She fixed the shipping address and according to a ups email, order should arrive 21st - 3 weeks after ordering. Amazon has really spoiled me!

They were the only one to answer my question s before purchasing. Have had the new unit about two weeks and so far so good, and I'm expecting that to continue.

I just received my G3 unit and it is everything 'Robert' said it would be. Thus far, it is for easier than tote'n the oxygen tanks around and last longer. I don't expect any problems. Nice company to do business with.
