The experience as a whole was excellent. I didn't get all that I ordered and that is being remedied. I wouldn't have known this by the invoice, but the person on chat verified that I was right. A small glitch.

Good, efficient, honest

The first portable oxygen concentrator was very frusturating. It was a Zeno-O lite. It was too sensitive and alarmed continuously. It would have helped me to decide which was the correct machine if I had been asked if the patient was a nose breather or a mouth breather. It turns out if they usually breathe through their mouth it alarms all the time. We exchanged it for a SimplyGo which is larger but does not alarm and has more options. it can do pulse or continuous flow. I wish I had known what I know now, it would have saved everyone involved a lot of frustration.

Best purchase ever - we are no longer prisoners to our own home.

inogenOneG3 system , got this with the 16 cell battery, on the 21st. of May 2018,so far it is working real good, now i can move around without stepping on air hose & both hands are free to carry stuff " Clark" was very helpful on stuff i needed to know, thank you.....

I liked the company and employee that I dealt with, but somebody was in a hurry to get out a review of the equipment and I really have not had time to do a valid review. So far it has done what I was expecting and I have had no problems.
